KAREN M-DOZZA

​

She was born on the 13th of July 1994 in Mexico city. She began getting involved in music at the age of 13, playing electric guitar in her first show at the Auditorium of Centro Médico Siglo XXI.

​

Singing became a passion for her. From 2015 to 2017 she began taking vocal lessons and was part of 4 different musical projects performing songs of Symphony X, Stratovarius, Hammerfall, Dark Moor, Helloween, etc.

​

In 2017 she collaborated in a recording studio, where she worked with Katze Records to upload covers of Nightwish, Epica and Xandria on Youtube. In 2018 she makes her own channel to upload similar content.

​

From november 2018 to december 2019 she was the vocalist of a tribute band to sumphonic metal, performing at the UTA Bar, Cómics Rock Show, R&R live, La comandancia metal and at Bárbaros Rock in Toluca, to name a few.

​

Since 2015, she's part of a musical ensamble in UPIICSA from the IPN Uiversity, where she's performed at various campus locations and at other faculties.

​

She is currently the frontwoman for ARYEM. She also sings in a medieval ensamble called "Von Dralius". 

​

Karen enjoys spending time with her family, drinking tea, taking long walks in the forest on cloudy days. She is a fan of watching movies, dancing, ice skating and playing videogames.
